District grants awarded to support Kiwanians' good work

Jun 22, 2018

We’ve awarded our 2017-18 district grants and we couldn’t be more excited about the variety of projects we’re able to fund this year. These are the first grants we’ve made under our revamped District Grant program.

Under the new program, districts can choose to use their grant funds to support activities within at least one of the Children’s Fund cause areas: health, education and youth leadership development. Districts could also choose for their grant funds to support The Eliminate Project. Grant awards equal 15 percent of a district's total undesignated giving from the previous Kiwanis year.

Read below to see how each district recipient chose to use its grant funds. And learn more about the District Grant program here.
