The board is led by the executive committee, including:

  • John E. Mayfield, president-elect, Kentucky-Tennessee District
  • Mark B. Rabaut, immediate past president, Michigan District
  • George E. H. Cadman, Q.C., treasurer, Pacific Northwest District
The board’s responsibilities include:
  • Implementation of the Kiwanis International mission, which is to serve the children of the world.
  • Development and implementation of a strategic plan for the Children's Fund.
  • The stability and growth of the Children's Fund via the cultivation of donor relationships and the solicitation of financial gifts from individuals, friends and businesses.
  • The monitoring and distribution of funds from fundraising programs and accrued interest for grants worldwide.
