Biography
Joined Kiwanis in Cheyenne, Wyoming in 1980. California-Nevada-Hawaii (distinguished) governor 2011–2012. LTG 1997–1998. CNH Foundation president. President of three different clubs. Chaired numerous committees at both district and club levels. Currently secretary/treasurer of home club. Region advisor for CNH Key Club. Kiwanis advisor for two Key clubs and a Builders club.

Why did you decide to run for office?
The organization needs new leaders every year. Kiwanis is at a crossroad. We need to ensure the path Kiwanis takes enhances the member experience while ensuring the organization remains viable. I am passionate about Kiwanis. This is the next step in using my experience and abilities to assist the organization.
 
What qualifies you to become an officer of Kiwanis International? 
I am passionate about Kiwanis. I am loyal to Kiwanis. I am very knowledgeable about Kiwanis and have served in most positions at the club and district levels. I have proven leadership skills in both my professional careers (US Navy and private industry) and 13 years of non-profit board experience.
 
How will you leave your mark on Kiwanis?
I will always ask questions. I will always make decisions based on our missions and our members’ experience.
