Why did you decide to run for office?

When my youngest daughter was diagnosed with cancer last year, my family asked me: “Are you still running for vice president?”  My reply was simply “SERVICE ABOVE SELF!” God gave us wisdom and blessings in spite of the trials in life. We need to continue because these underprivileged kids need Kiwanis!

What qualifies you to become an officer of Kiwanis International?

35 years of banking and corporate governance, coupled with 28 years in Kiwanis are essential in strategic planning, budgeting, policy making and leading the organization from Good to Great towards the next century. Understanding cultural differences and exposure as Kiwanis International trustee/board counselor will make a difference in responsible stewardship.
