It's that time of year again. Key Club, Aktion Club, Builders Club and K-Kids members will again collect donations through Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF to help save and protect lives this Halloween.

Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF is a great way for Kiwanis-family members of all ages to raise money for The Eliminate Project. For less than the cost of a bag of Halloween candy, you can protect a mother and her future newborns from maternal and neonatal tetanus. Find out what the SLP clubs near you have planned, or devise your own spook-tacular fundraiser.

Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF can be so much more than going door-to-door on Halloween. Check out our long list of festive fall fundraiser ideas. And don’t forget about our sample scripts, which help younger Kiwanis-family members talk about The Eliminate Project. No matter the fundraiser, make sure you or your sponsored SLP has the iconic Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF orange boxes, which you can order from the Kiwanis store.

Once you’ve collected all of your donations, send a check or money order (made payable to the Kiwanis Children’s Fund) and your completed gift form to:

The Eliminate Project: Campaign Office
Kiwanis Children’s Fund
P.O. Box 6457 – Dept #286
Indianapolis, IN 46206 USA
ATTN: Trick-or-Treat

Be sure to include “Trick-or-Treat” and your club number on the memo line of the check, so the Children’s Fund can keep track of all the funds raised by Kiwanis-family clubs.

If your club uses a coin counting kiosk like Coinstar, please send the donations directly to the Kiwanis Children's Fund, not UNICEF USA, so that your club receives credit and donations are applied to The Eliminate Project.

And don’t forget: Any club that raises and submits more than US$250 by December 31, 2017, will receive a special banner patch!
